check in was easy, and the staff gave us a room upgrade. bell desk services were fast, and housekeeping worked hard to make sure we had it good. the staff at the pool was awesome and very kind to everyone.

the hotel rooms design are aged

the location is good because it is at the start of the main street. it is very near to the welcome sign. guests has access to a train to other casinos.

the hotel has a huge atrium with many things to do inside. the hotel provides a gym and it is very good. it is easy to come and go from the parking lot with the room card.

there are many dining choices available within the hotel premises. you have so many options for dinner. the back stage deli became the best option for our meals.

The Duce bus stop located at the front door was convenient. It allowed easy access to the entire length of the Strip. I found housekeeping came every morning when needed. I stayed in a Pyramid King, quite comfortable.

The hotel staff seemed somewhat uninformed about various amenities within the building. They frequently stated, "We're only the hotel check in!

The gym features many machines. I used the three treadmills. I enjoyed a hearty breakfast. The cafe has quick service! I really appreciated the architecture. The pyramid design stands out!

i thought the room was clean and organized. the choices for eating was also really good. my wife and i were able to walk around the area and it felt safe to me.

i found the restroom had mold. the shower wasnt draining good and water was overflowing. i was dissapointed, because we paid extra for an upgraded room.
