I really liked the hotel's great location near the train station! The helpful staff assisted me with directions and local recommendations. The included breakfast offered a good start to my day, and the room was cleaned daily. I found everything very convenient for exploring the city.
The room decor felt a little dated. This is the ONLY thing I could possibly find a fault in.

The hotel provides luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, a HUGE plus. A 24-hour front desk is available, and the hotel offers concierge services, that I needed quite a lot to be honest. I appreciated these conveniences.

The staff members at the front desk offer assistance with tour bookings and travel arrangements. EVERYTHING was perfect. The breakfast staff worked hard to keep the area clean, and they were all very nice. I loved the attention.

My room had individually controlled air conditioning and a flat-screen television. A safe for valuables was in the wardrobe and was good. The blackout curtains worked well. THAT was great.

The hotel IS close to public transportation, including bus lines and metro stations! Several restaurants and shops are within a short walking distance, what a DREAM. I could easily access many attractions.

The breakfast buffet included croissants, cereals, yogurt, and fruit. Hot options, like scrambled eggs and bacon, were available daily. Fresh coffee and juices were offered. EVERYTHING was good.

The hotel is near the Termini train station. I walked there in under ten minutes. Restaurants and small markets are located very close. Breakfast had standard buffet items and it was sufficient.
The room was a bit small.
