The location was really convenient! The metro was close. Many cafes and restaurants surrounded the hotel. The staff helped me a lot and were friendly.
The bed felt hard. The furniture looked a bit dated. The headboard was worn, where people sit. This was a bit gross, to be honest.

The location was superb, only a short walk to the Vatican Museums. I found several shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. The staff were helpful, specifically when I asked for directions.
The breakfast was somewhat limited. I found that the selection lacked variety. I would have appreciated more options.

i secured a room facing the vatican walls , and the view was indeed special. guido at the reception was helpful , his local recommendations added a personal touch to my exploration. the staff ensured the room was cleaned daily with great care.
the bed felt a bit too firm , not ideal for a long sleep after a tiring day.

the air conditioning worked very powerfully, a positive during warm weather.
the breakfast quality was subpar, i only ate it one morning before seeking alternatives. there was significant noise from the street and adjacent rooms, including water closet and shower sounds. the lack of a kettle in the room also detracted from the experience.

dirty floorstale pastries
The room lacked proper maintenance. I saw dirt and grime on the floor. The gluten-free breakfast was also disappointing. It only consisted of standard fruit, cold meats, cheeses, and a small basket holding gluten-free bread and rice cakes. It was a very basic offering. The pastries my partner chose were stale.
