dated bathroom lacking cleanliness
The reception staff was very friendly, and I found the location quite convenient. I could easily access public transport.
The room was NOT what I expected. It was larger and MORE modern in the photos online. The bathroom fixtures seemed quite dated, and i found the cleanliness lacking in certain areas.

central location nearby shops clean room
The location is amazing, a short walk from termini station. This made getting around so easy. i found many restaurants and shops nearby, too. the room was basic, but i appreciated how clean it was. It was perfect for my needs after exploring all day.
the street outside seemed a bit dark, but i didn't have any issues.

friendly staff good location daily cleaning old fridge power failure lacking luggage storage
the staff was friendly (which is always nice). the location is quite good, only a short walk from termini station. the room was cleaned every day. the hot water in the shower worked well.
The mini fridge in the room was old and not functional. there was a power failure one night. It lasted about 20 minutes. there wasn't a designated, secure space for luggage storage. I had to pay for a storage box nearby.

Basic Stay Near the Station

Finding this place was a minor adventure. The room I booked was not what I received. Instead, I got a smaller, grubby double room. Fresh towels were a rare treat, and the shower doors were broken. Of course.

a sweet little stay
central location warm staff bag storage
the location felt magical close to termini station. staff welcomed us with such warmth. they let us keep our bags after checkout so we could wander a little longer, it was lovely.
the room felt a little small. it was cozy but maybe too cozy for comfort. i wish it was just a little larger for us.

the reception was open all day and night. staff helped us so well when we arrived very late at night. they were always so attentive.

the room was really clean and so lovely. there was a good fridge for our drinks. the bed felt very comfortable after our long days of strolling.
