the location was perfect to be near attractions without excessive noise. my building sat near wine bars, a park, and a corner market. i liked the comfortable bed and the little extras like tea. the shower had good pressure and heat too.
the door was thin. sounds from hallway and nearby rooms were quite audible.

The breakfast service was convenient for 8 € per person. Pickup service from the airport was arranged at a reasonable price. It made arrival simple. The reception staff was warm and friendly. They were also very helpful.

i find the staff super friendly. i did save time because i was able to self-checkout. the decor is amazing and i love the view of the square. the room was large, the bed a comfy cloud and storage was adequate.

I felt grateful for the helpful staff. They carried my luggage. the staff shared the name of a fantastic local spot for portuguese meals, and that was so kind of them. i also appreciated the option to leave my bags after checkout. It helped so much. the room having a refrigerator was useful, too.
the walls seemed very thin. i could hear neighbours, and every step was noticeable.

the location is perfect, everything is within walking distance! the bathroom is beautiful, i loved the modern design. the staff were really kind when i asked to change my room to a lower level after i sprained my ankle. i appreciated that!
the apartment needed some serious repairs. the walls were scraped and there were visible water stains in many places.

the reception desk is open until 10 pm and offers professional advice. the staff are attentive and provide directions and tours. communication was prompt before, during, and even after my stay, i have to mention.
