good for a short stay
on-site cafe comfy bedding blackout curtains
i liked the on-site cafe. the beds had very comfy bedding. blackout curtains helped sleep too. i found the room to have adequate space.

Acceptable, but Problems Existed
lack of flexibility rude staff
The breakfast was priced reasonably well.
I must say that I encountered a problem, one evening. The staff told me that the chef could not prepare a simple toasted cheese sandwich. I had asked for my daughter. I think that they could show more willingness to accommodate requests from guests.

cramped room half bath
The family room was cramped. It was like a double room with extra beds crammed in. i found a cot bed thrown in there too! i was very annoyed. the bathroom was small and only had a half bath! that was so frustrating. the room service food and breakfast were mediocre too. i definitely expected much more space for the price i paid.

Excellent Stay for a Family
modern amenities easy access swift process friendly staff
The check-in process was swift, and the front desk staff were cute. The room was quite spacious and included modern amenities. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. I found the pool area relaxing after a busy day.
The older section rooms showed some wear. and could benefit from updates

The room featured two queen beds and a separate seating area. It had blackout curtains, which ensured restful sleep. A mini-fridge was available, which allowed us to store snacks and drinks easily. The bathroom had a rainfall shower.

comfy beds birthday cake
The room had a kitchenette. This suited us perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. I appreciated that. The staff accommodated our request to store a birthday cake. They even brought it out after dinner while singing Happy Birthday.
The scrambled eggs at breakfast seemed like they came from a packet.
