I found the staff easy to contact via message. they responded quickly to my queries. the room was clean and tidy. The shower was also good.
my room had a tiny cup and mug. the bathroom sink took ages to drain. the toilet seat did not stay up on its own.

The bathroom cleanliness was substandard. I noticed stains in the shower. also, there were drainage issues, resulting in standing water during showers. i found no soap in the dispensers, quite inconvenient after a long journey. furthermore, the toilet emitted odd noises upon flushing or when taps were opened. It was unsettling.

i was happy the room was clean, and the crisp sheets plus immaculate en-suite were exactly what i needed. housekeeping was polite, accommodating. it was a decent and uneventful stay, just what i needed.
The bathroom sink drained away really slowly. It was a bit annoying, but not a big deal.

I found the self check-in awesome. It was so fast and easy. the staff was AMAZING, always ready to assist. free parking was available, a huge plus. easy transport options to the airport made my travel seamless.
The mug size was tiny. I wish IT WERE bigger.
