the staff was helpful and courteous, i have to say..
the room was on the topmost floor, it had a sun and moon roof with no blinders, the light disturbed my sleep around 5 am. it was not pleasant.

the breakfast included live music on sunday morning. i enjoyed the tram stop being just outside the hotel. the rooms feature unique themes, a very nice touch, and my room also included a coffee machine.

I appreciated the music on every floor. I heard classical music immediately after checking in. The room played radio channels. I experienced live music during Sunday breakfast.
The pillows were very flat. That resulted in some discomfort .
