the breakfast was wonderful and i had many choices. the bed were comfortable and the room was very clean. the location its amazing for christmas market and cafes.
the tv wasn't working at all . the street was very noisy at night. there weren't a fridge in the room, i found it a little disappointing.

The staff was inflexible. They wouldn't reduce the number of booked days. they suggested i contact my insurer for help instead. i'm frustrated with their unhelpful approach!
