breakfast variety comfortable bed clean room non-working tv noisy street missing fridge
the breakfast was wonderful and i had many choices. the bed were comfortable and the room was very clean. the location its amazing for christmas market and cafes.
the tv wasn't working at all . the street was very noisy at night. there weren't a fridge in the room, i found it a little disappointing.

inconsistent experience
inflexible staff unhelpful approach
the location was great, especially its proximity to the rathaus underground and tram stops.
The staff was inflexible. They wouldn't reduce the number of booked days. they suggested i contact my insurer for help instead. i'm frustrated with their unhelpful approach!

I found the location very convenient. It allowed easy access to key attractions. the breakfast provided a substantial start to the day. i appreciated the staff's readiness to assist with directions. the elevator, with its unique biedermeier style, added a touch of elegance.
The bedroom area showed some signs of wear. I noticed some cracks in the walls.
