the rooms were clean on arrival and got cleaned daily. the breakfast option was very useful and the breakfast itself was nice. the staff was friendly and available at any hour, this helped a lot. they let us leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. it was a nice stay.
i booked 2 nights at this hotel, i did prepaid. i could not arrive on first day. our room got cancelled by the hotel in the early morning, it was prepaid for 2 nights. there was no explanation or chance to discuss.

the hotel location was near many restaurants and shops. it made everything convenient for us. the vaporetto stops were very close, so public transport was easily accessible. we could explore all day.

The location was central. I found the staff very kind. They allowed me to keep my luggage after check out. The bed was quite comfortable. The heating worked perfectly, and there was also hot water in the shower (this was a plus!).
There are three flights of stairs to get to reception. This could be challenging for some guests.

The rooms were clean when i arrived and got cleaned daily. I found plenty of spare blankets and pillows in the room. The room was spacious with tables and chairs, ensuring a functional and pleasant environment.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to all attractions. The hotel is in the middle of everything, surrounded by restaurants and shops. I enjoyed a short walk to the Rialto Bridge.

The location was very convenient. Several restaurants and shops surrounded the area. Vaporetto stops were also close by. This made using public transport simple. The room included a television. This provided some entertainment.

The location near the Rialto Bridge was central. Breakfast included fresh croissants, rolls, jam, and coffee each morning. I was able to leave my bags after checkout, which helped a lot before leaving the city.
The stairs to reach the reception were quite a climb, especially with luggage
