the location was very close to the main bus station and taxi access zone. I found this a fair compromise for price and quality. The host communication was very good and check-in and check-out went smoothly.

I noticed internal noise quite a bit. Hearing other guests at late and early hours affected sleep. this could be addressed through better soundproofing.

I found the location very convenient. It was near the train station and vaporetto stops! The check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how easy it was to find the place from the bus station. I had a family canal view room. The view of the little bridge and canal was really good. The air conditioning worked amazingly well!

The internal noise was quite noticeable. I could hear sounds from other rooms in the building.
