amazingly inclusive stay!

i found easy-going staff everywhere, very friendly and helpful. the bar and restaurant staff were AMAZING!!! the buffet breakfast was superb with lots of choice. i liked the communal lounge area, it had nooks, swing seats and hanging plants.
the room was a bit small, it looked like a convict's cell or a monks room. it was stark, dark and depressing. the bathroom was also very tiny.

the hotel is in a good vicinity, close to restaurants and a metro. i could easily visit everything i wanted. supermarkets are super easy to find around the hotel.

the staff was super nice and friendly, always ready to help. they were very inclusive and accommodating. when i forgot my airpods, the employees were helpful and kept them safe until i picked them up.

the restaurant inside the hotel was lovely with really good food and drinks. they also had a takeaway food service that was good and affordable. i found amazing meals if i didn't want to go out.

included wifi was available and reliable. the flat screen tv had good channels. i appreciated the window i could open for fresh air. everything i needed was there.

The room I was assigned was far too small the shower space was especially cramped it would be difficult for a larger person to fit comfortably

the location was acceptable with many shops nearby.
The room was small and basic. the bathroom was a joke. I could not use the toilet without hitting my head on the wall. i was only given one large towel. There were no hand towels available
