decent stay Near station
helpful staff good breakfast worn entrance stairs issue
I stayed one night. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good (especially the pastries!). I found the train station very close. It was just across the road.
the entrance to the building looked a little worn. I struggled a bit with my luggage since the lift starts from the first floor, so i had to carry my bags up some stairs first (it wasn't ideal).

broken safe dirty carpet
the location suited my needs. it was near the train station which was convenient (i had an early departure).
I was disappointed by the lack of a working safe in my room. staff confirmed no rooms had functioning safes, a concern for securing valuables. the carpets looked old and dirty. I hesitated to walk on them barefoot.

friendly staff professional staff comfortable bed affordable price
the staff was friendly and professional the atmosphere felt peaceful. the bed offered unexpected comfort a welcome surprise. breakfast was great particularly considering the affordable price. underground parking nearby was convenient and cost effective thanks to the voucher from reception
the lift access was a bit unconventional it felt slightly claustrophobic

The hotel provided convenient parking nearby at a reasonable price. I found the location to be excellent and within walking distance to the train and bus stations. Netflix access was included with the room, which i appreciated after a long day.
The room lacked an elevator, so moving luggage was DIFFICULT.

convenient location helpful staff luggage storage
The location proved convenient, especially with the train station being just across the road. I was able to quickly settle after arriving. the staff were helpful and allowed me to store my bag after checkout. This let me explore without being burdened. i also appreciated being able to wait in the lobby before my transportation arrived later in the evening.
The lift was quite small. It was good.
