charming and central
excellent location polite staff bathtub
The location was excellent. Getting to the city center was very easy. the staff were polite, i found them helpful with directions. my room had a bathtub, i enjoyed that a lot.

amazing attentiveness french aesthetic art pieces
The staff demonstrated amazing attentiveness and readily engaged in French, fulfilling my preference (a nice touch!). The hotel features lovely public spaces. Sitting areas and the breakfast room are comfortable and have a French aesthetic. The hotel's decor included numerous art pieces. That added to the overall aesthetic.
The lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm.

The hotel offered early room access. That was great. the team was friendly and helpful too. i found the value to be excellent, especially considering how close everything was.
the breakfast area felt a little cramped sometimes because it was small.

basic stay near the center
outdated room street noise
The room felt outdated and lacked air conditioning, a problem. i had to keep the windows open, but the street noise made it hard to sleep. the bed was quite firm, and the pillows weren't much better. I woke up with a stiff neck. i didn't find the stay very restful.

the location was excellent near the stations and main square. the decor was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. i appreciated that the hotel was traditional and offered good value.
