Uneven stay, some issues encountered

The shower was not good, just a handheld thing. It even fell off the wall and the bathroom got FLOODED. the water wasn't even warm, not ideal.

The location IS fantastic. The staff ARE friendly. The room was spacious, so there was plenty of space. I loved that the kitchen area was handy and enabled us to make breakfast ourselves!

great locationspacious roompaper cups

the location was great, very close to the train station (it was just a short walk). the room was also spacious enough for three people, a better size than some hotels i have stayed in.

there were no coffee mugs, only flimsy paper cups. also, there was no housekeeping visit to replenish toilet paper.

A Mixed Experience Near the Station

The staff acted polite, which I find acceptable.

My room had some issues. A handheld shower head was present, but it fell off the wall and flooded the bathroom. There were no clean towels during the four nights I stayed and I had to ask for toilet paper.
