The location was quite convenient, just a short walk to the main attractions.
The room smelled strongly of stale smoke upon arrival. This was rather unpleasant. I also found the bed to be too soft for my liking, and this affected my sleep.

The owners were accommodating with an early check-in, which really helped me out. the room was quite spacious, with a really clean feel (that's always a plus). i especially appreciated the ample tea, coffee, and milk provided in the room. I like my cuppa. i would stay here again.
i did notice a slight smell of stale smoke in the building, which wasn't ideal.

Really good Stay Near the Sea

The beach access is a short walk away. I appreciated the nice and neat room. It included a well-equipped en suite. The owners were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
There was a noticeable cigarette smell in the building upon arrival.

the room was very nice, comfortable and clean.
There was a very strong smell of cigarettes which seemed to travel throughout the building, it. I also felt disappointed that we weren't asked if we wanted breakfast the next day, so we had to find another place.
