unsuitable bedding missing socket
the staff was nice and checked us in. we arrived early and she gave us the key.
the bedding didn't fit the bed which i found annoying. i also had to dry my hair using a mirror. there were no plug sockets near the mirror which was frustrating.

I found the room particularly spacious, providing ample space. the bathroom also impressed me. It featured strong water pressure in the shower. unexpectedly, a complimentary continental breakfast was available. the room offered a comfortable retreat after long days.
i noticed the television in the main bedroom was unreliable. the duvet in the second bedroom felt too small. the room was also dark.

perfect location friendly staff promenade view spacious room
i found the hotel located perfectly. it allowed easy access to local spots. staff members were friendly (they helped with taxis). they also stored our bags. i enjoyed breakfast with promenade views. the sea view from the room was lovely. the room was spacious and clean. we found everything necessary provided.
the bed felt quite firm. there were two single quilts instead of one double. i experienced some inconvenience during the night because of this.

easy arrangement comfortable armchair ample space
Late check-in was simple. I arranged it in advance, arriving after regular hours. my suite sea view room felt massive. It featured a very comfortable armchair and couch. the view overlooking the bay and promenade was beautiful, i appreciated that. i found plenty of space to store luggage. The bathroom was also great.
The elevator wasn't working and i was on the top floor. I wasn't informed ahead of time. this caused me considerable discomfort due to medical issues. There were no handrails on the stairs.

great location safe luggage helpful staff
The location was perfect for the trams, a great asset for access to the town and local cafes. the staff booked taxis for us. They also stored our luggage safely after checkout. this allowed us to enjoy our last day before our flight later that evening.
the bedding did not quite fit the bed correctly, a minor inconvenience.

broken lift lack of handrails
i noticed the lift was out of service. our room was high up and nobody told us in advance. this caused me considerable discomfort because of my medical issues. there weren't any hand rails either.
