The owner billy provided a warm welcome. the location was convenient. It was a short distance from south pier. breakfast was excellent, and included a full english option with tea, coffee, and juices. car parking availability added to the convenience.

The hotel sits close to various attractions. It has good proximity to the beach and shops. i noticed the hotel is about 100 metres from south pier. this made accessing nearby amenities easy.

the hotel includes a bar area. i saw there was wifi available throughout the hotel. breakfast featured a selection of cereals, yogurts, and fresh fruit in a decorative area. the hotel provided tea and coffee in the rooms.

short walkwet patchpipe issue
The owner helped me park the car upon arrival. breakfast was excellent and a short walk took me to the south pier.
The heating had a maximum operable time of two hours, which wasn't ideal. I noticed damp, wet patches on the walls in multiple areas (i didn't know where this was coming from, honestly) which i found unpleasant. The water from the sink drained into the alleyway because the pipe did not quite connect properly. It's a big oversight.

The owners were very friendly! My room was lovely and clean. I also really appreciated the hot, cooked English breakfast. It was delicious.
Parking behind the hotel seemed a bit tight. did not park well. the lack of drawers in the bedrooms was inconvenient. I found it difficult to store my clothes.

The location was amazing. The pleasure beach was just around the corner. A great Wetherspoons for dinner was also down the street. The hotel has a cute bar and a nice dining area!!!
Parking behind the building felt a bit cramped. did not park within the lines.

Billy, the host. The free car parking at the rear was a real bonus, and I found the location close to the fair very convenient. The cooked breakfast options had good variety.

The owners are very polite and helpful (always a plus!). Billy and Leah were friendly and accommodating, which really enhanced our experience here, so I would come again.

The breakfast at the hotel is excellent. There was a full English breakfast available with plenty of tea and coffee. I also saw juice, toast, jam, yogurts, cereal selection, and fresh fruit available.
