I found the location really lovely, close to all attractions. breakfast was ample, a wide array of options. the afternoon tea and happy hour was a wonderful treat. Such lovely service! our room had air conditioning that worked wonderfully.
the entrance DOES have stairs, and i didn't notice that at first.

The hotel includes complimentary tea in the afternoon. That was a plus. they have a cocktail hour with complimentary drinks, like wine and beer. the hotel offers breakfast with meats, cheeses, breads and pastries.

The staff helps with luggage, this is a great help. the receptionists are always willing to help. They are so attentive. you can leave luggage for free. This is very convenient to make the most of your last day.

This hotel is close to many attractions. it's near plaza republica. the location is very central and ideal for walking to the popular spots. It's a good base for exploring.

The location was acceptable. It was close to many attractions.
I experienced issues with the hot water. It took over five minutes to get barely lukewarm water for a shower one night. I found two bugs in the shower one evening. NO apologies were given at check-out.

The hotel's location was perfect for accessing various attractions. the staff proved helpful, and nothing seemed too much to handle. the room featured a very comfortable bed. It was relaxing.
i also noticed chipped plaster in some areas. the breakfast options were not very extensive.

temperamental lockinconvenient stairs
I had some issues. The room lock seemed temperamental. My neighbor experienced the same. I'm unsure why the shower and toilet were separate. This design felt strange to me. i also found hauling luggage up the stairs to reception quite inconvenient.
