the staff did the rooms every single day perfectly, i guess that's fine.
I really needed the air conditioning, but there wasn't any. Only two fans were available, and with 40° outside, it wasn't really enough. I was not happy.

i liked the central location. it was close to many attractions. the staff were lovely and helpful. they assisted me with directions and local recommendations.
the bathroom was quite small. i also noticed a slight musty smell. the furniture seemed a bit old, and some areas were dusty. the coffee jar was partially used.

the location was central, definitely a plus for seeing the sights.
I found the lack of cleanliness really off-putting. I actually had to clean the toilet before i could even use it. the furniture was old and dusty, and even the coffee jar was already half-empty (honestly, it just didn't feel very hygienic). maybe raising the rent a bit could allow them to address these issues.

the staff gave me a map with great lunch recommendations. essentials like towels, tea, and shower items were all provided. i especially liked the special christmas panettone and wine i received, it was such a nice touch.
i found a water dropping like noise probably from the air conditioner kept me awake.
