the staff did the rooms every single day perfectly, i guess that's fine.
I really needed the air conditioning, but there wasn't any. Only two fans were available, and with 40° outside, it wasn't really enough. I was not happy.

i liked the central location. it was close to many attractions. the staff were lovely and helpful. they assisted me with directions and local recommendations.
the bathroom was quite small. i also noticed a slight musty smell. the furniture seemed a bit old, and some areas were dusty. the coffee jar was partially used.

mixed feelings about the stay
dusty furniture low hygiene
the location was central, definitely a plus for seeing the sights.
I found the lack of cleanliness really off-putting. I actually had to clean the toilet before i could even use it. the furniture was old and dusty, and even the coffee jar was already half-empty (honestly, it just didn't feel very hygienic). maybe raising the rent a bit could allow them to address these issues.

The staff were cute. Azzurra provided helpful tips and explained the map. I particularly appreciated the central location, just a short walk to the Duomo.

lunch recommendations convenient lift provided essentials christmas panettone
the staff gave me a map with great lunch recommendations. i found the building included a lift, so getting my luggage up was EASY. essentials like towels, tea, and shower items were all provided. i especially liked the special christmas panettone and wine i received, it was such a nice touch.
i found a water dropping like noise probably from the air conditioner kept me awake.

the room had very comfortable beds for sleeping. it also included air conditioning, very nice. a refrigerator was available for storing drinks and food. i liked the baby cot.

the location of the hotel is excellent. it is a short walk from major attractions. this made seeing everything very convenient. i COULD see duomo when i stepped out of the hotel.

the staff were nice and polite. they were ready to help you with anything. they explained everything about moving around the city. azzurra was very accommodating and gave me some great tips.

My room was very clean. I could see the Duomo Cathedral from my window. The location proved convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions. I found several excellent restaurants nearby.
The shared bathroom required a short walk down the hall.
