This spot had a great location. It. Staff was so friendly, they gave me an extra pillow when I needed one. My bed mattress felt thin at first, but it was fine to sleep on for the nights I stayed. The place was clean too!

The location is amazing for shops, restaurants, and pubs. Getting around felt easy because of the area and that I could get everything I needed. The hotel is right in the heart of Camberwell.

The hotel has a nice breakfast for a reasonable price. I saw a bar menu too, with different options. It seemed like you could find something tasty without having to search around town.

My room was basic and clean, just what I needed. The bathroom was big and had hot water, always a plus. I had comfortable bedroom and bathroom facilities and everything working fine. I liked the Standard Double Room.

Customer service was really good. Staff provided everything I needed. Check-in was simple and appreciated. It was no problem at all. The personnel at the reception are very kind, they even lent us adapters for the electric plugs.

The staff were friendly. They gave us an extra pillow immediately upon request. The bedding felt clean. So did the bathroom. The location worked well for our event!

The breakfast hours are quite convenient at 8 AM to 10:30 AM, awesome for a relaxed start. I unfortunately left at 6 AM each day, so I did not get to try breakfast. The hotel breakfast menu was not actually available, though the bar menu was accessible.

The area is full of shops, restaurants, and pubs, providing many choices. The location is also perfect and well connected! The hospital is close, great if you have appointments.

Rooms are functional, clean, and quiet, so you can relax properly. The room also featured great pictures and funky décor. WiFi connectivity is very good, so you can stay connected easily.
