lovely stay
great location quick access easy phone support compact accommodation
the location worked very well for visiting my family nearby. access and wifi information came quickly. i needed some help when i arrived and getting someone on the phone was fast and easy. the accommodation was small and had everything in one room but it suited my needs well.
the shower's temperature was a bit hard to adjust getting it just right was tricky

The room matched its description accurately. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with well-fitted amenities (I liked the shower!). Breakfast provided delicious options, and the staff members were friendly. The location is excellent with bus routes stopping right outside.

faulty thermostat unclear instructions
the room was exactly as described, this i found acceptable.
The shower's thermostat did not work properly. It only provided very hot or very cold water. a fire alarm occurred at 12:30 am, causing chaos and disrupting sleep. i found no clear instructions regarding fire assembly points inside the rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room had all the necessary equipment, including a fridge and kettle. The check-in process was simple, and the entire place was very clean. The breakfast provided in the pub downstairs was really good! The staff there were friendly and helpful.
The room lacked bedside lighting. A single switch at the front door controlled the main light, it was not very convenient!
