adequate experience
great showerfriendly staffmissing remotedripping air conditioning
the breakfast offered a lot of choice a romantic touch. staff were very friendly and helpful i must say. there was a great shower in the room and comfortable beds plus pillows were present. i also found an iron and ironing board in the room.
i noticed there was no tv remote in the room so tv was unwatchable. the air conditioning dripped non stop it was awful. i was informed the window was the cause but the dripping continued once closed. all my towels soaked and kept me awake all night.

I loved the central location. It was super close to everything. The staff was also helpful and friendly. They were great. The breakfast selection was great, with so many yummy options!
IT was a bit of a struggle with my luggage on arrival. I had to carry it up a few flights of stairs.

Breakfast included fresh pastries, cereals, fruit, and hot items. The bar offered a variety of cocktails and snacks in the evening. The staff were very accommodating with special requests for dietary needs.

The staff assisted with directions and local recommendations (always with a smile!). They also arranged taxi services. Housekeeping provided daily service with fresh towels and toiletries .
Rooms

The room included air conditioning and a safe. The bathroom featured a walk in shower and complimentary toiletries. The decor was modern and everything looked clean and new.

The hotel offers luggage storage. Wi-Fi was available throughout the premises and was free! A public parking garage was close by (this was really convenient).
