evening entertainment virtual duck race hot water overnight leak
The staff are very friendly and cute. The entertainment in the evening was nice. I especially enjoyed the virtual duck race (it was really funny).
There was no hot water in my room. I understand a leak occurred during the night. The male receptionist said, "These things happen! " (I was not impressed by the attitude).

smashing stay!
massive room amazing staff
Our family room was massive. It provided ample space for everyone! the location was just perfect for visiting the sandcastle and pleasure beach. all the staff members were amazing throughout our stay..
i noticed the stairs weren't really suitable when navigating with a buggy and pram. it made moving around the hotel a little inconvenient. i hope they can improve accessibility in the future.

The hotel dining is split between two sections. breakfast visitors use the previously named balmoral side, while evening meals are in the original restaurant. dining room staff were super efficient and friendly. Plates disappeared almost as quickly as you put your fork down.

The location of the hotel is very central to activities and shops. It provided great convenience. evening entertainment had live acts. bingo, it created a lively atmosphere. the hotel generally caters to an older adult demographic mostly.

The staff are notably hard working. They are efficient and friendly plus nothing seems too much trouble. housekeeping visits daily to stock tea, coffee, toilet rolls, and towels. staff were consistently friendly and accommodating when needed.

The family room was warm and comfortable. fresh linen and towels were provided regularly. Everything worked as expected. storage space was ample.

friendly staff fantastic location tidy hotel uncomfortable bed noisy night loud entertainment
The staff were friendly and always willing to help. the location was fantastic. It was very central. the hotel was clean and tidy throughout!
The bed was not very comfortable. I only had 1 pillow too, which i struggled with. it was very noisy and loud at night. That was the only real downside. i had a room above the entertainment, so that probably didn't help. It was loud! up until after midnight, and i had to get up very early to check out.

a good few nights
friendly staff luggage space breakfast option
The staff was friendly and helpful from the start. the room had enough space for luggage. breakfast had many options. I found the full english breakfast to be tasty. it's hard to find any fault in our stay.
the tv remote wasn't working as well, but it wasn't a major issue.

breakfast offered cereals, toast, jams, fresh juices, tea and coffee. there was also a full english breakfast bar available each morning. i found the food generally well prepared.

our room was clean and included a large free view tv. the bathroom had both a shower and bath, that was practical. fresh towels were provided daily, this was great.

the staff assisted us with luggage storage before check-in. they allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours. the rooms were serviced daily, this was really appreciated.

the hotel featured nightly bingo and entertainment. there was also a kids area, well equipped with a snooker table. electronic games were available, those were a plus.
