amazing stay near coral island!

The location was very nice! it was a short walk to coral island. That was amazing. the staff were so friendly, they always did their best for us, and we felt very welcome. the beds were comfy, and the towels were super fresh.
the communal carpets need a replacement, they were really not clean.

The reception is manned 24 hours a day. I felt safe. pushchairs can be left downstairs which is convenient for families. a restaurant next door offers breakfast too!

I found the room to be very clean with fresh bedding. The hotel's location was excellent, putting me within easy reach of many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, really making my stay nice.
The room decor felt a little dated. Some modern touches would greatly enhance the overall experience.

the stairs were steep, which posed a slight challenge with luggage. i recommend requesting a room on a lower floor if mobility is a concern.

the reception staff was friendly and helpful. i received a complimentary upgrade. the room had a comfortable bed. tea and coffee making facilities. i found it convenient being close to coral island and the beach.
the toilet roll holder was a bit rusty. i did notice the windows were not perfectly clean.
