the front desk staff offered very good service and were always kind. the hotel location is a short fifteen minutes walk to main attractions. it was less than five minutes to the bus station and direct airport links were available there.
the bathroom door handles are not professional. they were like a knife. i had an accident and hurt my body.

the room was nice, very clean, and functional for my needs . clean towels were provided every morning, convenient for daily use. a large water bottle in the room was refreshed every day.

a welcome drink was offered upon arrival, a very nice touch after travel. the happy hour every evening included cocktails and a cheese platter. free coffee and snacks were always available throughout the day.

this hotel is centrally located and avoids the exact city center congestion. it is easy to arrive by car, a real advantage for those driving. major tourist sites and restaurant options are within a ten minute walk.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The staff was helpful. And the cleaner did a great job. Rooms were nice and modern with plenty of soaps available. I left my bags for the day and found the reception very secure.
Exiting the hotel required surrendering the key each time. The private balcony was not kept clean daily. I noticed there were ants present in the room.

The location was walkable to the main sights. The hotel is near a block from the river. I found easy walking distance to the central attractions. Loads of restaurants and bars are nearby though the parking was expensive.

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. i appreciated the location near the bus station. It made travel convenient.
The room was quite small. It felt cramped with luggage. surrendering the key each time i left the hotel felt inconvenient. the water temperature in the shower fluctuated. It was quite annoying.

the staff were helpful especially imma she assisted with a room upgrade she even helped organize a nice evening out the breakfast offered a simple but delicious selection surpassing a larger hotel i had visited previously i found the location quite convenient.
the shower water temperature fluctuated unexpectedly this occurred without any other taps or the toilet being used also i noticed ants were present in the room.

The cycle-friendly routes made exploration easy. i also loved the comfortable bed, contributing to restful nights.
i experienced fluctuating water temperature in the shower. this occurred even without using other taps, or the toilet. resolving this issue could significantly enhance the comfort of future stays.
