Acceptable location, shortcomings in room quality

The location was acceptable, it allowed for a quick walk to the bus 32 stop for airport transport.
The room i used had significant issues. The towels felt very stiff. The curtains did not block light effectively, AND the external blinds looked broken, allowing too much light to enter the room.

mixed feelings about the stay
small roomnon-functional air conditioning
the room they gave me felt small and lacked a proper window. it faced an internal patio and privacy was a concern because i had to keep the window closed. the air conditioning stopped working halfway through the night which was bad. there was only one small bar of soap provided which was not enough and the wifi didn't reach the room, a single room.

The location was really convenient. I found many restaurants nearby. I appreciated the helpful staff at the reception. They allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout (charmed!). The hotel also offered quick responses to my inquiries before arrival.
The room was quite noisy. This made it difficult to sleep well.

The staff was friendly. the location was superb. the room was very clean upon arrival. i liked the early check-in. It helped me a lot.
the bathroom was small. there was no shampoo. the soap quality wasn't great.
