the room was such a pleasant surprise. it was very quiet and pretty. i especially liked the comfortable bed. the staff was good.

the location was great. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were very helpful and answered my questions. i appreciated the free water, sodas, coffee and pastries always available in the lobby.
the street was very noisy at almost all hours. some earplugs would have helped a lot. i found the bed to be uncomfortable. there is no restaurant in the hotel.

the location was perfect for seeing everything by foot it was also directly across from a beautiful garden i really appreciated the kind staff they were always helpful and so friendly the hotel aesthetics were charming too marble stairs and statues added to the experience
the hotel lacked soundproofing i could hear noise from adjoining rooms and noise outside the windows because there were cafes nearby

The location offered easy walks to major attractions. the staff answered every question with such kindness and warmth. i especially loved the complimentary snacks and coffee. Such a thoughtful touch after my long walks. the patio off the room was such a DELIGHT!!!
i noticed the bathroom was quite small. the shower curtain kept sticking to me, and water leaked onto the floor during showers.
