The cottage possessed amazing character. I found the location convenient. It was a short distance to the railway stations and Enfield Town. The surrounding park and river offered nice walking spots. I appreciated the proximity to local pubs and shops.
I noticed a slight inconvenience with the limited parking spaces. Only three were available, and they were occupied upon my arrival. This resulted in having to park on the road.

The hosts provided clear instructions prior to arrival. Communication with the owner was effective. They offered helpful support over the phone. Self check-in was simple, and check-out was extended until 11 am.

The bed was comfortable. i slept very well. i found the house itself fine, straight out of an austen novel. the owners were responsive and helpful. Instructions prior to arrival were very clear.
i discovered there was limited parking space. it was in use when i arrived. i had to park on the road, requiring a permit the next morning.

breakfast choices included alpen, toast and jam options. yoghurts and fresh fruit were also available. these were ideal for a short stay offering a variety of light options.

the location was beautiful and commutable into central london. many free country gardens and houses were nearby for exploration. the surroundings offered both convenience and access to nature.

I booked a double room garden view. there wasn't a tv, and no where to sit in the front garden. we couldn't use the back garden either, that annoyed me. also, the staff seemed a little off. Probably they werent at their best for the guests.
