The location was excellent, being just a short walk from the tube station (this made getting around very easy). the room included tea and coffee making facilities. the staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. the room was warm and the bed was very clean.
the pillows were a little too soft for my personal taste.

earls court station is a three minute walk. there are many dining options nearby. the street is quiet, despite being close to the main road (this made for peaceful evenings).
