My room included a safe for storing valuables. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast. The location was close to public transportation options, a definite plus.

My room was small and a bit noisy. The bathroom door had a broken handle. The lack of an elevator made carrying luggage difficult.

The check-in was smooth. Staff members were helpful. The room included complimentary bottled water. The bed was cozy, so I slept well. The location is near underground and bus stops. It made getting around easy. The room was super clean. It also felt very comfortable. Service was excellent. Staff were professional and cute. Check-in was quick. Check-in was fast. It took only a few minutes. The room had adequate cooling. It was useful during the warmer days. I found the staff very friendly, and they answered all my questions.

The stairs had no elevator. This was not a major issue for me though.

the staff was very friendly. the room was super clean, modern. all essentials were available for a restful stay. i especially appreciated the cozy bed after long days of travel.

the sink was quite small, a minor inconvenience.
