easy access old town clean room helpful staff missing lift small bathroom late night noise

The location offered easy access to the old town, which I appreciated. I found the room quite clean upon arrival. The staff were very helpful in answering my questions about the surrounding area.

There was no lift. I had to carry my suitcase up several flights of stairs. This was a struggle. The bathroom proved to be very small, with limited space to move around. I also noticed considerable noise from nearby bars late at night.

Sound insulation proved inadequate. External disturbances penetrated the room easily, hindering restful sleep. i heard loud conversations.

thin walls external noise

I must say i was a little disappointed. the noise was a real issue. Both from inside and outside the building it was a bit too much. i could hear conversations and even snoring from other rooms because the walls seemed very thin. also, the noise coming from the bars on the ground floor and private apartments late at night was a problem. it made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

The location proved very convenient. staff assisted with an early check-in. I left my bag. the shower works very WELL.

I did find the room hot. i heard noise from other guests at 4:30 AM. footsteps creaked on the floorboards. This affected sleep.

the room feels like a warm embrace. the queen size bed was inviting. having my own toilet and shower made everything so easy. the price was also a sweet surprise.
