amazing central stay!

i loved the keyless entry to both the main entrance and my room! this made coming and going super easy and i didn't have to worry about carrying a key. the location was also very nice (right in the thick of things!) with cafes, bars, and shops literally steps from the front door. the staff was helpful and friendly at all times, always ready to assist with any questions.

the ceiling fan in my room wasn't working properly, and there was only one accessible plug socket, so i couldn't use my own fan while charging my phone overnight.

the hotel boasts a fantastic location in the heart of the old town (it is very lively!). you're surrounded by numerous pintxo bars, so grabbing a bite is never a problem, and the central position makes exploring really straightforward.

while the hotel itself doesn't have a full restaurant, a common room on the third floor offers a microwave and fridge for guest use. this lets you prepare your own meals and store snacks, really convenient.

the reception staff were genuinely helpful (always with a smile!). they readily stored my luggage when i arrived early and were quick to provide local information, made settling in easy and enjoyable.

My room included a huge window that i could open for fresh air, and a ceiling fan was built into the ceiling light (a great space saver!). the bathroom featured a generously sized shower. I slept soundly each night.

The noise insulation proved insufficient. Sounds from neighboring rooms were easily audible, disrupting sleep. The absence of air conditioning also created discomfort, especially during warmer days. I found this lack of climate control quite inconvenient.

The location is fantastic. It's right in the heart of the walking streets. the room i had was cute and comfortable. the shower had great pressure, which i definitely appreciated. the workers were so kind and helpful. They answered all my questions.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the historic area, near everything. I found lots of great places to eat nearby. the super nice team with early check-in. they stored our luggage after i checked out. the room and bathroom were very clean. The shower had good water pressure.

The wooden floor creaked a lot. It was a bit noisy when someone walked around the room.

The room was spacious for one person. everything was clean. i felt safe there. It was great! i also loved the superb location. Everything was close by.

i found a lack of clear communication that this hotel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. the nearest parking is a 10-15 minute walk, hauling luggage.
