The location was central. It was close to the colosseum! staff readily provided dinner recommendations. they also helped call a taxi when needed, it was a very useful service.

The staff was amazing. They always provided useful information. i received a room upgrade to the superior double room terrace, it was unexpected. the location is very close to major attractions. breakfast offered a good selection. I could order extra items.

The hotel sits conveniently near the colosseum. many restaurants and shops are in the immediate area. Exploring felt very easy. public transportation is also readily accessible, providing easy connections to other parts of the city.

the location was superb. i walked to the colosseum in just a few minutes. the staff was friendly (especially in the mornings). they were quick with requests. breakfast was pretty good. there was always fresh coffee.
the room was smaller than i expected. the shower was particularly tiny. it was difficult to move around in it. the furniture felt a bit dated (it looked worn). the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear noises from the hallway.

I found the staff very friendly and efficient. alen was particularly helpful, always available in the dining room and at reception. he gave lots of useful tips for sightseeing. the hotel has a nice location, too. Everything felt very accessible.
The shower was ridiculously small. It definitely needs modernising, my worst experience.

the rooms were cleaned daily, which i appreciated. fresh towels were provided daily. the bed was comfortable and i slept very well. i found the temperature inside to be consistently pleasant too.
