friendly staff great location good sized room cigarette smell broken window bedroom disappointment
The manager was very friendly and cute, I was charmed. The hotel location could not be better. I had a good sized room with everything I needed. There was a beautiful view.
Once I entered, I knew I messed my family holiday! the so called beautiful bedroom I booked smelled of cigarettes. The windows were broken and I couldn't shut them properly. The window handle was KEPT aside.

The front desk staff was very attentive. My room included fresh sheets. The shower had a nice hot stream of water.

genuine kindness helpful colleague efficient service specific needs
the hotel staff showed genuine kindness. ali played football with my grandson, something i did not expect.. ibrahim and his colleague were particularly helpful. solomon, the manager, provided excellent service and addressed our needs efficiently.
the parking situation was a bit tight upon our return one evening.

breakfast included cereals, toast, and yogurt. coffee and tea were available throughout the morning, alongside a small selection of pastries and fruit. seating was ample, even during peak hours.

Fantastic Stay at a Great Location!!!

I booked a room for one night and got my money's worth. Free tea and coffee were available. I also got two towels and enough toiletries upon arrival. The hotel location is on the seafront, about a 10-minute walk from the centre. The staff were very professional. Solomon.!!
The hotel is somewhat tired. The garden needs a tidy. I think the rooms need some TLC.

The hotel is less than five minutes to the beach and pier. I also noticed it's about ten minutes to the high street with eateries, arcades, shops, banks, and supermarkets. This location really adds convenience.

The hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee, really convenient. This service adds a comforting touch, especially after I returned from exploring the area. I am very grateful!!!

The room had plenty of storage space, a shower with controlled temperature, and very clean amenities. I was also very glad to see clean towels. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were available. The fridge in the room was very useful.
