My room was a good size with a balcony overlooking the mountains. I found the staff friendly at reception. The cleaning staff did a good job, and were very friendly. The pool was a good size, and I enjoyed my time there.

the staff at the bar were friendly, and the food was good there. the pool had a good size for a quick swim. i found the area quiet, great because it wasn't far from nightlife. the cleaners seemed friendly and kept the place clean.
It was a slight inconvenience.

the room was clean throughout the stay.
The room lacked air conditioning, and only had a small fan. It was not sufficient to keep the room cool during warm nights. i also found the lack of security at the building entrance unsettling. Anyone could walk in at any time. these issues definitely impacted my experience.
