Excellent Central Stay
central location clean room vending machine helpful staff
The location was central. I found it easy to walk to many nearby attractions. My room was very clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the vending machine options available in the lobby, providing convenient access to snacks and drinks. Gustavo at the front desk was helpful during check-out.
The building acoustics were a bit noisy at times.

My room included fresh towels and linens every morning. It was kept very clean. It was the perfect size with good amenities, and I did not find anything lacking.

The staff greeted me warmly and were always ready to help with any questions. I felt that the staff were pretty good too ensure I was comfortable and had a seamless experience. I was grateful.

terrace doors awful street
The noise from the street was just awful. i could hear everything. the terrace doors didn't lock properly. The whole system seemed broken. twice, i worried about security

convenient location and clean rooms
central location comfortable beds harbor view
the location was central to the west end. the pool was a nice size. the beds were very comfortable after a long night. the harbor view from the pool side was amazing. i could easily walk to the spar for snacks and drinks.
there was a lot of noise during the day and night. the television in my room did not work.

the rooms were basic but very clean. rooms were cleaned daily and sea views are available. the room had complimentary cleaning products and soap. a free safe was in the room.

staff were friendly and helpful. one staff member stood out due to her really good service. she greeted me with a smile and was helpful . check-in was easy and smooth.

the hotel has a basic pool and a lift. a lifeguard is on duty at the pool during certain hours. luggage storage is available in a locked room. a secure locker is available for a fee.

port view kind staff
the hotel offered a location close to the marina. i found the view heart-stopping, it overlooked the beach and port. it was also very special that the staff treated us so well
