I found the staff quite friendly and helpful. They swiftly addressed any queries. the location suited my needs well with easy access to local amenities. the room looked well-kept.
The hallway noise was sometimes noticeable, especially during peak hours. This slightly impacted the quiet i had hoped for.

the pool was a great size. it had perfect temperature. it was clean also. the bar offered reasonably priced drinks. the rooms were nice and the air conditioning was a great amenity.
there was no street lighting, it felt very unnerving, especially with building work opposite and many potholes in the road.

the hotel is a short ten minute walk from bus stop h. arenal. the l9 bus from the airport is available there. this bus costs just four euros.

I found the room very clean upon arrival. Air conditioning worked perfectly, offering great relief from the heat. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Its location is quite safe and central.
The walls were somewhat thin, and I could occasionally hear noise from adjacent rooms.

I had a pool view and the air conditioning worked so good. Daily cleaning included fresh towels, which I appreciated a lot. The bar staff was especially friendly and the prices for food and drinks were not bad.
Sound insulation was not the best.
