I found the location convenient. It allowed me easy access to the main attractions and transportation options, i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, as they handled my luggage with care to the third floor, the air conditioning was a godsend, offering cool relief from the outside heat.

the room was beautifully decorated with lovely bed sheets and towels, it felt very clean and fresh, the air conditioning worked perfectly, a small fridge and a kettle were available, making the stay more comfortable!

a rooftop terrace provided a beautiful place, the terrace gives beautiful view of historic buildings, i found this spot wonderful for enjoying morning coffee, it gave me the opportunity to wake up and feel like i was in this old town.

The location is amazing. It's just two minutes from st mark's square. i got super detailed instructions beforehand, so finding the place was easy. my room was cozy and had everything i needed. i slept with the windows open and felt warm. The mattress was perfect and so comfy. the large double bed had a thin, warm duvet.
the soundproofing wasn't great.

The rooms were smaller but cozy. The furnishings are older but sufficiently functional. i even had a mini fridge. soundproof windows kept it quiet. I appreciate that feature.

The super nice team and kind. they carried my luggage up to the third floor and back down again. I really appreciated that. they stayed in contact with me over whatsapp all the time. checkin and checkout was easy!

the location was excellent it was very close to st mark's square. the bathroom was spacious i found that convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
the entrance was dark and felt a bit dingy i noticed this upon arrival. the free coffee machine was out of order this was disappointing. the room lacked sufficient power outlets near the bed i had trouble charging my devices.
