acceptable locationcontrolled air conditioningunsafe balcony
the location was acceptable near the train station.
the air conditioning was centrally controlled. i asked the hotel staff to turn it on, but they said it was regulated by the city. the room got uncomfortably warm at night! the balcony was also too close to the neighboring building, i felt unsafe.

The staff was helpful. That was acceptable.
The air conditioning didn't work well. It was centrally controlled, and I couldn't adjust it in my room. I also noticed the neighborhood had quite a few homeless people.
