i found the hotel close to the termini station, a great advantage. the staff exhibited helpfulness, particularly when i needed directions. the room offered ample space for luggage (i had quite a lot).

i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. ivano lo curto at the front desk was particularly excellent with his assistance. the hotel's proximity to termini station made it easy to get around the city. i also appreciated the variety offered at the breakfast each morning

the location near the train station proved useful for early departures.
The breakfast was pretty awful. they did not replenish items quickly enough for the guests. the soundproofing was practically nonexistent. I could hear everything from other rooms and the street noise was constant at all hours. i got very little sleep.
