the location met my needs very well, especially its proximity to the beach.
the air conditioning wasnt working properly, and i found myself sweltering at night. i reported it, but nothing changed . this, i must say.

the room was very spacious, which i found great. it had a nice built-in balcony. the bathroom was modern with a big walk-in shower (loved it!). the housekeeping staff does a very good job keeping everything clean.
There was no air con in our room the whole time we were here. i was told that the part was broken and on order (i am not sure i believe this). breakfast wasn't the best, although there was lots to choose from the hot things were cold. the restaurant was also very hot. There were no windows open to allow air in.

The location offered amazing views, i could see the beach from almost everywhere. The room, restaurant, bar and swimming pool. the room was always super clean. Beds were neatly made each day. attentive waiters at the pool bar were so kind and quick to bring refreshing drinks.
I found the air conditioning in my room wasn't working correctly. I was told a part was broken, this made it uncomfortable to sleep. It was quite warm.

the room featured large wardrobes and excellent mirrors. it was also equipped with bathroom amenities, including a toothbrush and toothpaste. the sea view provided a perfect backdrop to the stay.

the hotel offered an indoor, heated pool, this was great. direct access to the beach made spontaneous visits easy. i liked that everything was so accessible and close by.

breakfast had a very good menu, offering good value. i noticed that the breakfast included fresh juice and sparkling wine. drinks were reasonably priced, even at the hotel bar.

The staff were attentive and professional, and they upgraded my room. the reception staff were always friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed. the maids cleaned the rooms daily.

poor serviceterrible shower
The reception staff displayed poor service. I needed an extra half-hour, and the staff fabricated stories about nonexistent guests waiting. They offered to rent me a room for the night, despite my only needing 30 minutes and willingness to pay a late checkout fee!!! the shower was terribly designed. It lacked even a hook. One had to hold it while showering!
