the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. the location is perfect for accessing the main strip, the beach, and numerous shopping areas. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. the hotel offered excellent facilities with breakfast included and two outdoor pools available, all at reasonable rates.
the air conditioning leaked a bit during the week.

A Decent Stay

The food was tasty. There were lots of choices at breakfast and dinner. My room had a mini fridge and a free electronic safe. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower.
The rooms were boiling. I could not figure out how to turn the telly off. There was so much noise I complained to the reception 3 times. The staff was rude!!!

I had such a GREAT time here! The breakfast buffet was amazing with many options. The facilities were very clean. The location worked well for my needs. I found it perfect!
The room's air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat, resulting in a slightly warm environment. This made it a bit difficult to sleep comfortably at times. I think some maintenance there is required.

fantastic stay with excellent service

i enjoyed fresh food and branded products were available i especially liked the english bacon and the branded drinks included in the all inclusive package the location was ideal since it was in the heart of new town near calle gerona this made it easy to access the beach bars and shopping the staff were superb they were always helpful and friendly. the breakfast options included a large variety of items.
