central location helpful staff clean room
The hotel's central location was very convenient as it was close to shops and transport. Staff were helpful. They provided codes, so I had full independence accessing the hotel. The room was clean, and this.
The window in my room did not open. The lack of fresh air was a noticeable issue, and affected my stay somewhat.

unsafe entrance small room
The location is central I could easily reach the main attractions.
The entrance felt unsafe because it was in a recessed shopping area that was dark I did not like this. The room was small the bathroom door could not fully open as the bed blocked it. I would not book here again due to this small space.

small room weak pressure
the room was too small. it did not match the pictures i saw online. the bed was bad and not comfortable. the shower also had a really weak water pressure. i found these things frustrating and not at all good.

great location helpful staff open reception small room cold bathroom weak shower
the location was great i think. we walked to the hotel after arriving by train. the staff seemed very helpful. the reception was open all day and night.
the room was much smaller than in the picture. it felt cramped with two people in it. the bathroom felt really cold and the shower didn't have enough pressure.

i found the air conditioning efficient. the room maintained cleanliness . a male staff member at the front desk offered a friendly welcome. i found the bed comfortable for rest.
the hotel entrance sits within a shopping center on the second floor, displaying signs of neglect in its currently vacant state.
