english breakfastdreadful tv signalno toiletries
the location was good, near the shops, and the full english breakfast buffet was a nice inclusion.
I was disappointed that the tv signal was dreadful. I could only access about 4 or 5 channels. despite a member of staff retuning the tv, nothing improved.

Mixed Experience with Some Disappointing Aspects

friendly staffunemptied binstuffiness
The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in.
The bathroom bin was not emptied upon arrival, unhygienic. I informed reception, but the bin remained unemptied throughout my stay. I was not provided with a replacement. The room was hot and stuffy (even in cooler weather).
