amazing stay
friendly staffquirky touchescomplimentary wine
the staff were friendly. they addressed every request i made. i found the room beautifully decorated with some quirky touches. i also found a complimentary chocolate wine which was a nice touch.
the room was very slightly warm, even with the window open.

the setting offers a serene escape, being situated a little away from everything. the village church is visible from the window. nights are quiet offering uninterrupted rest.

beautiful settingincorrect information
the building had a beautiful setting. i found this aspect acceptable.
i learned via email the pub stops serving food at 5pm and the bar closes at 7pm on sundays. no cooked breakfast was available monday morning as the pub was closed. No refund was offered.

The staff provided helpful taxi information prior to my arrival. the building was excellent. The seating and planting areas were very inviting and well-kept. my room got kindly upgraded, and that was awesome. the evening meal was delicious, and breakfast provided a great start to the day. I could not have asked for more. thank you.
