the location was convenient, close to restaurants.
The heating was a problem. It stopped working twice on a very cold day. the first time, the host assisted. the second time it stopped at 11 pm, and i was unable to reach anyone. the room became uncomfortably cold and i had to leave a message.

the heating system malfunctioned on a cold night, dropping the room temperature considerably. i was unable to contact the host late at night to resolve this issue. i found this unsettling.

the location was great, it was a short walk to the town centre. the room had a nice big bay window and nice furnishings.
The electric shower was not good. hot drinks were minimal. There was little milk, no hot chocolate and only pg tips tea bags.
