the deskfront staff was genuinely helpful. i received complimentary bottles of water in my room fridge, i was very happy. the nearest train station was only a couple of stops away, this was perfect.
the television was not functioning.

The room was quite small. It felt a bit cramped, honestly. the air conditioning made a lot of noise, but it didn't really cool down the room properly, so it was a bit stuffy.
