The staff allowed me to keep my luggage after checkout, THAT was convenient.
The room was smaller than expected. The bathroom ventilator was REALLY dusty. The lock on the main door did not work.

The staff was great and accommodating (I especially appreciated their local tips). The location is in an amazing part of the city.
The check-in lady wasn't very friendly or cute. For the price I paid for a tiny room with a shared bathroom, I expected better service. Late check-out was not possible either.

i appreciated the 24-hour food and drink selection in the kitchen lobby it was quite convenient. the porch area with tables was lovely. i enjoyed the beautiful flora and fauna around the hotel. the location was walkable to local attractions.
The lady at check-in could have been more cute. She wasn't particularly friendly. i found that late check-out was not possible. the walk up the hill with heavy luggage was challenging.
