the room i occupied was quite small. the bed, advertised as a double, felt inadequate for two people. noise traveled easily within the building, so soundproofing was poor.

I found the location very central. Everything was within easy walking distance. the room and shower were immaculate. I arrived to a fully heated bedroom. the breakfast was the best i have ever eaten. It seemed like i mattered.
the room was a little small, though it had everything i needed.
